Just Peachy!

Yesterday I made this delicious Peach Cobbler!

I really, really like EASY recipes and this one is not only easy but a real treat!

First you need about 6 of these guys, peeled and sliced.

Next you add peaches to a sauce pan with
1 cup brown sugar
4 tbl corn starch
heat up til disolved and cook on low for 2 mins more

Pour into a 9" baking pan with
1/2 cup butter placed over the top

Sprinkle 1/2 box of yellow cake mix to cover the top
(double your peach mixture and butter for a full size pan with the
entire box of cake mix.)

Bake in oven at 400 degrees for about 35-45 mins
